ALTEZZA SHOES, S.L.U. assumes all liability regarding use of www.altezza.es, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act, and ensure that we have adopted all required technical and organisational security measures in order to protect data confidentiality and integrity pursuant to Act 15/1999, passed on 13th de December on Personal Data Protection in addition to the Royal Decree 1720/2007, passed on 21st December, approving the regulations governing Act 15/1999, passed on 13th de December on Personal Data Protection.

The purpose of this website is not the collection of personal details. Access and usage of this website does not imply the communication of personal details, however, if users should wish to make a purchase, they will have to fill out or complete the questionnaires or electronic forms shown in the website.

Upon completing the questionnaires and sending their details, users authorise and willingly consent to the treatment of their personal details, which are willingly provided by the website user. The above mentioned communication must include all user’s identification details such as a copy of their foreign or national ID card (or passport), postal address, telephone, contact name, email address and a note explaining which right they are intending to exercise and the reasons behind it.
